What is going through one's mind when they climb into the den of 2 angry lions armed with "sticks"..inching closer, and closer and closer until said lion rises up, shows those oh so sharp teeth and growls?? Apparently "Good girl" does. Yes, the guy said "good girl" that she didn't attack them, only gave them a warning. So what does this fool do...runs out of harms way and does it all over again whilst saying, "this time we'll get closer and see what happens"...needless to say the lion came at his dumb self and attacked!
Another one that stuck out to me was the dude who was "living" with the bears.
This guy had named the bears and everything. Apparently he had been doing this for years, taking photographs of them and allowing them to get "used" to him being in their environment. Short story shorter...some bear attacked him and of course they killed the bear and even though they found pieces of dude inside the bear they don't know if 'it' was the only bear that attacked.
I must say I did feel sorry for one lady on the show. They were in Pamplona, Spain at the Running of the bulls and this one lady was getting tossed around like a little rag doll..bull would hoist her up and sling her around, hoist her up again and slam her into the wall....it was quite tragic to watch actually, but at the same time I was like, why were you out there in the first place! and of course, the bull was killed..*sigh*I kinda feel sorry for the animals because they're often provoked by (white) people who invade their natural habitat for the sake of closer observations or some other adreneline induced, fearless needing moment. Come on, ya'll know you've never seen a black man/woman all up in the cage with some tigers, it's always white people and they wonder why they're attacked when they are laid up in the hospital room giving National Geographic or Discovery Channel an interview.
Stop doing stupid stuff and the animals will stop attacking (white people) hmm...but then what will I watch..
Brown....out!

bwahahahahahahaha. I just chalk it up to, "white people are adventurous". They prefer to grab the bull by the horns, so to speak. LOL!
I agree with your assessment of good/bad racism/sterotyping, sometimes its just the TRUTH and folks take offense to that..(this could so be a blog in itself)
You're right, the Asians have been jumping on the stupid animal trick/getting attacked bandwagon..that's one bandwagon you WON'T find the kid on!
Shakeia you're funny!! I just know whenever I make it to Africa for the safari I've always wanted to go on I'll be staying INSIDE the jeep and will have invested in an awesome camera with a fantabulous zoom feature!
