I just read today that we (as in the U.S) don't need to have troops over there. We STAY in some other country's business! DAMN!
Iraq wants us out. Why don't we just leave?
Because we're America and we don't leave unfinished business, even if we should've have been in the business to begin with. As a "super power" sometimes we feel like it's necessary to intervene on behalf of other countries..I should learn more about the geneva convention and all that stuff, foreign policy etc etc..
