Some friendly competition

Not one to miss a reason to go to a LSU football game, Sat. I whipped out my LSU football jersey and headed to campus for the annual LSU Spring Football game, last year I was just as excited about the Spring game as I was last year! Even though I didn't get to bring my nephews as I usually do, I was still able to enjoy the day with friends. After having a mediocre season for LSUs standards, most of us fans were highly anticipating the spring game so that we can have a looksie at what we hope to be a much better offensive scheme and an improved defense as well. Basically, we want to be BETTER and more consistent than last year. After baking in the sun, man, it was HOT, I must say that our QB play is still shaky but our corp of running backs will be a handful which is GREAT!! Our receiving corp and our secondary looked pretty good too! I know it's hard to think that how can the receivers and the secondary both look good when it was the secondary's job to not let the receivers look good ha ha. Well, that's the beauty of the Spring game.
While I was on campus I took a few shots of the campus and I had forgotten how beautiful it is under the oaks at LSU. I don't have a favorite shot but here are a few pics. Oh yea, LSU White won 24-9 fitting since LSU plays 95% of their games in white jerseys!!
